Rent space for your next event at the Westonka Activity Center.

The Westonka Activity Center is happy to work with athletic associations, community groups, and individuals through the process of private rental. Access to district facilities is prioritized as follows:

WAC Facility Rental Rates

Gymnasium

The Westonka Activity Center is home to three multi-purpose courts that can be divided by floor-to-ceiling curtains. The facility has six scoreboards, two batting/golf cages and lines striped for three regulation-size basketball courts, three regulation-size volleyball courts, nine regulation-size pickleball courts and tick marks for three regulation-size tennis courts.

Class II User: $25/hr per court or $75/hr full gym
Class III User: $35/hr per court or $90/hr full gym

The Westonka Activity Center gymnasium has two batting/golf cages available to rent.

General Policies

WAC Batting Cage General Policies

The Westonka Activity Center will supply softballs, baseballs and helmets upon request. Participants are required to provide their own bat.
Participants are required to wear a helmet at all times when inside the cage.
Anyone under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a coach.
All balls must be picked up and placed in designated containers when finished.
No climbing or pulling on the cage structure or netting.
No hanging items or equipment from the netting.
One person per hitting station at a time.
WAC staff reserve the right to make alterations to the above rules and/or procedures and close cage activities for other events, rentals and safety purposes.
WAC staff reserve the right to remove a person(s) who does not adhere to the above policies.

Pitching Machine Policies

WAC Pitching Machine Policies

Pitching machines are available upon request and must be operated and supervised by a coach and/or individual over the age of 18.
Anyone approved to operate and supervise a pitching machine must review the operator’s manual located on the machine.
One person at a time in the designated batting area.
One person at a time in the designated pitching area.
Batting helmets must be worn at all times by all persons in the cage area.

Golf-Specific Policies

Conference Room

The Westonka Activity Center has an 800 square foot multi-purpose conference room with technology capabilities. This space can house various events such as meetings, baby showers, wedding showers, trainings, and birthday parties! The room comes complete with a sink, counter space and a fridge/freezer. The room comfortably accommodates 30-40 people. Tables and chairs are included in your rental.

Class II User: $20/hr
Class III User: $30/hr

Pool

The Westonka Activity Center and Westonka High School is home to a six-lane competitive lap pool that is used by the White Hawks swim and dive teams, the Westonka Flyers Swim Club, and the Community Education Aquatics Department. The pool has a diving board, handicap lift and stairs (upon request).

Class II User: $45/hr
Class III User: $60/hr
Lifeguard (upon request) $18/hr
